Prices are in AUD. No GST is charged. We agree on the number and timing of posts each month around your updates, promotions and available content, up to your package allowance. Allowances are per calendar month; weekly figures are approximate guides when using the full allowance. A post adapted and shared across Facebook and Instagram counts as one original post. You supply business information and photos; we shape them into content. Up to two carousels per month, maximum four slides each, can replace individual feed posts. Photography, Reels, advertising, daily engagement and inbox management are not included.

I'm Jotham, the person behind Presence. I help small businesses turn their everyday work into a clear, consistent social media presence.
My experience includes content for NDIS providers, real estate and clubs and bars. You'll work directly with me, from planning your first posts to reviewing each month's performance.
Starting from zero?
Social Setup — $249 once-off. Help setting up Facebook and Instagram, writing your bios, preparing profile and cover graphics using your existing branding, and creating three reusable Canva templates. A new logo or full brand identity is quoted separately.
Need fresh photos?
Photography is available as an optional, separately quoted extra. Prefer to take your own? We'll give you a practical shot list so your phone photos have a clear purpose.
Before we get started.
I don't have social media accounts. Can you help?
Yes. Add Social Setup and we'll help you establish your Facebook and Instagram presence. You retain ownership of your accounts and approve the access needed to manage your content.
Do I need to supply photos and videos?
You supply photos and accurate business updates. We can also create branded graphics from approved information. Videos aren't required for these packages. Photography can be quoted separately.
Will I approve posts before they go out?
Yes. You'll receive a monthly batch to review, with one consolidated revision round. We'll agree on submission and approval dates during onboarding. Late materials or approvals may shift the publishing schedule.
Do you guarantee followers or sales?
No. We deliver the agreed content and work towards a more consistent, useful presence. Reach, engagement, followers and enquiries depend on your audience, offer and other factors. Your report will explain the available results without promising a fixed outcome.
Do you offer Meta ads or Reels?
These packages currently focus on organic static and photo content. Paid advertising and video editing are not included or offered as part of this service.
